After submitting a customer service request, how long does it take to get a response?
Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (CST). You can expect a response within 24-48 hours during business days, and inquiries over the weekend will be addressed within the same time period on the next available business day. We kindly ask that all customers should refrain from submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this will only slow down the response time from our team.

Returning Orders

Is my package shipped discreetly?
Yes! There is no indication of what products are inside the box or any type of branding on the box.

How soon will my package ship?
Production times can take up to 2-4 business days before orders are ready for shipment.

How long does shipment take?
We ship USPS first class and charge a flat rate of $4.99, order will take 3 to 4 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact support.

Where is my package?
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you didn’t receive your tracking number via email, please check your spam folder. If you still are having, please email us at support@muchsupply.com with your order number and we will help you locate your order.
